Back to Basics.

I've attached the PPT of a presentation that I've given twice in the past two weeks. The presentation outlines the basics of marketing (target marketing) and outlines a few media choices- both "traditional" media (or, to those of us who have been in this industry more than 10 years, it's just "media") and "new" media. The premise behind this presentation is that even though our medium choices are expanding by the day, we can't forget the basic marketing principles, such as our target markets, who they are, what they care about, how we find them, and why they're important.

The attached presentation speaks to this basic premise that can sometimes get lost in the hype of "new" and free media choices that have made marketing accessible to the masses, while providing some general information on different media choices.
